However, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the cover, contents and book specifications prior to submitting your order. We strongly recommend that you do so.

Answer

The Hive Degree application can incorporate designed covers for hard and soft cover books. A separate .jpeg must be uploaded to the custom cover section when placing your order. However, you are solely responsible for obtaining the rights necessary to use any such designs.

Refund

Because the books are custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns, unless a book is defective, damaged (prior to your receipt of the book), or fails to meet your requirements*. In such cases, you may submit a refund request, which must include a description of the defect, damage or error. Requests for refunds due to damage must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your book. Please email support@hivedegree.com. We review refund requests on a case-by case-basis, and may request that you return your order.

*Please note: Information regarding the printing requirements of each university and department are provided to Toppan Vintage by the applicable university and department. Further, it is the customer's responsibility to identify the correct university and department. Toppan Vintage is not responsible, and will not grant refunds, for any book that fails to comply with applicable requirements, either (i) as a result of incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or erroneous information provided by a university or department, or (ii) a customer's failure to identify the correct university or department in the order.

Cancellation

Because the books are custom-made, once an order has been approved and submitted, it unfortunately cannot be cancelled. All orders are processed immediately upon receipt.
